Yes, we have skipped over a couple days on the blog. Things have been pretty busy with 4/C flashlight exams each day and every spare minute being consumed by navigation projects and inspection preparations. Tonight we will have the final Port Arrival Brief provided by the 2/C Deck from Bravo Company. The cruise plaque has apparently been completed and the engineers are putting their signatures on it but we don’t have a date set for the final unveiling. Perhaps they will wait until we depart Portsmouth and will invite President Brennan to take part in the mounting of the plaque in the engine room.
